Shipping & Delivery Policy

Vicky Media provides an online video editing service. We do not sell or ship physical products. This page explains how and when your edited videos are delivered.
- No physical shipping — all work is delivered online. No shipping or delivery charges.
- Delivered by Telegram or a Google Drive download link (link also shared by email on request).
- Typical delivery time: 2–5 working days, depending on video length.
1. Delivery method
- Final videos are sent as a file on Telegram (@Vickymedia77_bot) or as a Google Drive download link.
- The delivery link can also be sent to your email address on request.
- Videos are delivered in a standard format such as MP4, in the resolution agreed for your order.
2. Delivery time
Delivery time starts after we receive the payment and all footage, music and instructions. Typical timelines are:

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Revisions are usually delivered within 1–2 working days after we receive your feedback.
3. Delays
- Delivery may take longer if files or details are shared late, if you ask for big changes, or in case of events outside our control (such as internet or platform outages).
- If there is any delay from our side, we will inform you on Telegram or email with a new delivery date.
- If we are unable to deliver your video at all, you will get a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Confirmation of delivery
An order is treated as delivered when the final video file or download link is sent to you on Telegram or email. Please download and keep a backup of your files, as download links may expire after 30 days.
Changes to this policy
Vicky Media may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date. Orders placed before a change follow the policy that was active at the time of payment.
