- Payment details: payment status, amount, date and transaction ID. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways (such as Cashfree). We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.

- To understand your requirements, give quotes and deliver your edited videos.
- To process payments, refunds and send order updates.
- To reply to your questions and provide customer support.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed to provide the service, for example with payment gateways to process payments, or with cloud storage services (such as Google Drive) and Telegram to receive and deliver files, or when required by law.
4. Your footage and files
- Your footage and final videos are kept private and used only for your project.
- We do not publish your videos or use them in our portfolio without your permission.
- Raw files may be deleted from our storage 30 days after delivery. Please keep your own backup.
