Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of this website and to all video editing services provided by Vicky Media ("we", "us", "our"), a freelance video editing service based in India. By using this website, placing an order or making a payment, you ("client", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide online video editing services such as Instagram Reels and Shorts, YouTube videos, wedding highlight films, ads and promotional videos. All work is done online and the final videos are delivered digitally. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

2. Orders

  • You can place an order through our Telegram bot (@Vickymedia77_bot) or by email (anonymousbro7298@gmail.com).
  • Before work starts, we confirm the package, price, number of revisions and expected delivery time with you.
  • You must share your footage, music, logos, text and instructions through a working link (for example Google Drive). The delivery time starts only after we receive all files and the payment.

3. Prices

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable charges. There are no hidden fees.
  • Current packages: Best Work – ₹500 (fixed price); Up to 6 minutes – ₹2,000; Up to 12 minutes – ₹3,000; More than 12 minutes – custom quote shared before payment.
  • Prices shown on the website may change from time to time. The price confirmed to you at the time of the order is the final price for that order.

4. Payment

  • Full payment, or an advance payment agreed with you, must be made before editing work starts. Any remaining balance must be paid before the final video is delivered.
  • Payments are made online through secure third-party payment gateways (such as Cashfree), UPI or other methods we share with you. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

5. Revisions

  • Revisions are included as listed in each package (for example, 2 revisions for the "Up to 6 min" and "Up to 12 min" packages). For custom orders, the number of revisions is agreed before payment.
  • A revision means changes to the delivered edit based on your original brief. A completely new concept, new footage or a change in video length is treated as a new order and may cost extra.
  • Revision requests should be sent within 7 days of delivery.

6. Delivery

Final videos are delivered digitally through Telegram or a Google Drive download link. Typical delivery time is 2–5 working days depending on video length. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Your content and responsibilities

  • You confirm that you own or have permission to use all footage, photos, music, logos and other material you send us.
  • You must not send content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory or that breaks someone else's rights. We may refuse or stop such orders.
  • If you ask us to use copyrighted music or material, you are responsible for any copyright claims on it.

9. Ownership and use of work

  • After full payment, you own the final edited video and can use it for personal or commercial purposes.
  • We may show a short part of the work in our portfolio only with your permission. Your footage is kept private.

10. Limitation of liability

We do our best to deliver quality work on time. However, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by delays or problems outside our control, such as internet outages, platform issues or late or missing files from the client.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India. We will always first try to solve any issue with you in a friendly way by email or Telegram.

12. Changes to these Terms

Vicky Media may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date.
